Customer SatisfactionOur aim is to recognised by our customers as the best Fire Sprinkler Company in the UK, and as part of our ISO 9001 quality systems, we constantly monitor our customers satisfaction levels after completion of each contract. Below are the results of a recent survey showing the area questioned and percentage of customers who rated us in each category.
When asked "Would you recommend our service to others? 96% of respondents said they would. We recognise that we are not perfect and we use this feedback to constantly examine our working practices and where necessary make changes to ensure improvements. We list below some of the unsolicited comments we have received from customers:- January 2012 It’s been a pleasure working with you, and you have done everything you said on the tin. We have realised that sprinklers open up many design options to us especially with the removal of walls in properties so we will definitely be in touch in the future. V. listed building and with English Heritage, the
technical assistance and general levels of customer

for this ! I have spent ages, including around a
2 hour meeting with planning, trying to get them
to accept my proposal and they would not. They
seemed to acknowledge my interpretation of the
relevant statutes and regulations ( I am a
barrister and so I had researched the issue
myself) but were still refusing to agree without
an expert's report. I am hoping this will do the
trick ! October 2009 When I visited the latest of our care homes you have just completed installing sprinklers at, I was so impressed with how neat and tidy the engineers had been. I had to ask where the pipes to the property had been laid in the ground outside as the reinstatement was so good. The staff were very impressed by the workmen and had nothing but praise for your company.
