Morning all,
I just wanted to pass on some feedback from Ian regarding our ISO re-certification.
Firstly he wanted me to thank each of you for your time and for your knowledge. Everyone, without exception, was able to confidently explain how and why we do things the way we do in the business. This was great to hear, as it reminds us that we are doing a great job and we are good at what we do.
Secondly, he was massively impressed by the quality of the workmanship done by Matt and Andy at Russell House, Keepmost site (NFS07462). He also commented on the ability of the engineers to find workable and acceptable solutions to on-site issues that did not compromise the design or the project. Our processes don’t count for anything if we then don’t follow them through – so a well-deserved pat on the back gents!
The good news is that we continue to have full ISO 9001 accreditation.
